| 摘 要： | 对沙蚕组织内营养成分进行了分析。结果表明，沙蚕组织内含有67.43％的氨基酸，14.24％的脂肪酸，其中EPA含量为6.5343％，谷氨酸含量为10.2888％；此外还含有大量的Zn，I和Se等元素以及纤溶酶等，显示了它作为功能食品及药用物质的潜在应用价值。

| Abstract: | The nutritive composition from tissues of Perinereisaibuhitensis was analyzed. The result indicated that there was 67. 43% amino acids and 14. 24% fatty acids in the tissues, a-mong them the EPA comprises 6. 5343% of the total fatty acids and the glutamic acid comprises 10. 288% of the whole tissues. In the meanwhile, the tissues also contains high content of trace elements, such as zinc, iodine, selenium as well as fibrinolytic enzymes and so on, showing a prospective application value in the future. |
