氨基甲酰基葡萄糖取代的丙烯酸和苯甲酸-稀土配合物的合成和结构表征

摘    要:目的研究氨基甲酰基葡萄糖取代的丙烯酸和苯甲酸-稀土配合物的结构,为其应用奠定基础,合成及表征了一系列氨基甲酰基葡萄糖取代的丙烯酸和苯甲酸-稀土配合物。方法以氨基葡萄糖为原料,将合成的3-(1’,3’,4’,6’-四-O-苯甲酰基-2’-脱氧-D-葡萄糖-2’-基)氨甲酰基丙烯酸及2-(1’,3’,4’,6’-四-O-苯甲酰基-2’-脱氧-D-葡萄糖-2’-基)氨甲酰基苯甲酸作为有机酸,在碱性条件下分别与6个稀土离子形成配合物。结果以60%~80%的产率制备了12个氨基甲酰基葡萄糖取代的丙烯酸和苯甲酸-稀土配合物,并通过紫外、红外、元素分析、摩尔电导等数据推测出了配合物的分子式。结论稀土离子与配体的摩尔比为1∶4,两类配合物具有类似的配位方式:配合物中4个配体中的羧酸根与稀土离子形成4个离子键,4个配体中的酰胺羰基参与配位,此外还有1分子水也参与配位,使配合物达到9配位的稳定结构。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the structure and the application of carbamoyl glycose substituted acrylic acid and benzoic acid-RE(rare-earth) coordination complexes,a series of coordination complexes was synthesized and characterized.Methods With D-glucosamine as the raw material,synthetic 3-(1’,3’,4’,6’-tetra-O-benzoyl-2’-deoxy-D-glucose-2’-yl)carbamyl acrylic acid and 2-(1’,3’,4’,6’-tetra-O-benzoyl-2’-deoxy-D-glucose-2’-yl)carbamyl benzoic acid as organic acid ligands,six rare earth ions from light to heavy were selected to form the coordination complexes.Results Twelve carbamoyl glucose substituted acid-RE coordination complexes were synthesized in the yields of 60% to 80%,and the molecular formula was presumed from the UV,IR,element analysis,and molar conductance data.Conclusion The molar ratio of RE ions and ligand is 1∶4,which indicated these complexes have similar coordination modes: four carboxylates of the ligands form four ionic bonds with RE ions,four amide carbonyls of the ligands and a molecule of water are also participated in coordination,which make the complexes to be stable nine coordination.
