摘    要:本文以一种海洋硫酸多糖“911”作为研究对象,通过电导滴定法测定其羧酸根的含量。同时将样品通过氢型阳离子交换树脂转型,测定其硫酸根与羧酸根离子摩尔比。结果表明:电导滴定法是一种简便,快速、准确的分析方法。

Abstract:The content of carboxylate ions in marine sulfate polysaccharide 911 was determined by conductometric titration. In the mean while, the sample was transformed with cation exchange resin,the molar ratio of sufate ions to carboxylate ions was determined. The results showed that conductometric titration is a simple,rapid and accurate method.
