摘    要:分别观察了海洋硫酸多糖911对小鼠胸腺,脾脏淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响,以及对小鼠腹腔世噬细胞吞噬能力的影响,并应用911-FITC荧光探针对淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞进行了荧光染色,以寻找911的受体,探讨其免疫增强机制,结果表明,911的适宜剂量能较弱地刺激小鼠胸腺,脾脏淋巴细胞增殖,明显促进ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞及LPS诱导的BI林巴细胞增殖,显著增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力,且免疫细胞均能染上911-FITC,说明911能增强机体的免疫力,起到免疫调节作用,且免疫细胞上存在911的受体。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of 911 to lymphocyte proliferation and peritoneal macro-phage phagocytosis was studied. Then thymocytes, splenocytes and macrophages were incubated with the fluorescent probe of 911-FITC to detect the receptors of 911 on immune cells. Results showed that proper dosage of 911 increased lymphocytes proliferation and phagocytic activity of macrophages significantly. Furthermore, 911-FITC bound to both lymphocytes and macrophages which showed that 911 had bound to its receptors on lymphocytes and macrophages and exerted its immunomodulating activity, accordingly.
