摘    要:海藻酸衍生物作为一种性能优异的高分子生物材料被广泛应用于生物医药领域。本文描述了藻酸衍生物材料的特征优势、结构和性质之间的比较。着重从伤口敷料、组织工程、药物缓释和细胞微囊化四个方面对近几年藻酸衍生物材料在生物医药领域的研发与应用进行综述。

Abstract:As a kind of environment-friendly polymer biomaterials, aglinic acid and its derivatives have been widely used in biomedicine due to their good hygroscopicity, gelling obstruction, oxygen permeability, biocompatibility, biodegradability and low toxicity. In this paper, the characteristics, advantages, comparison between structure and property and potential applications of alginate biomaterials are described, the modification of alginate biomaterials is discussed. The development and application of alginic acid biomaterials in the field of biological medicine in recent years were reviewed from four aspects: wound dressing, tissue engineering materials, drug delivery carrier and cellular microencapsulation immunoisolation technology, The aim is to provide some reference information for the research of polymer field.
