| 摘 要： | 目的：对从软珊瑚Sarcophyton.sp.中发现的青霉菌Penicillium citrinum的次级代谢产物进行研究。方法：利用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20、ODS中压色谱、凝胶色谱、半制备HPLC等方法对该菌的次级代谢产物进行了分离纯化；通过NMR、MS等方法,并结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从青霉菌Penicillium citrinum中一共发现了8个化合物：2,3-dihydrosorbicillin(1)、Citrinin (2)、Penicitol(3)、dimethyl-4,7- dihydroxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-3,5-dicarboxylate(4)、Emodin(5)、methyl-2,8- dihydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1- dicarboxy(6)、8-hydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo- 9H-xanthene-1- carboxylate(7)、ergostane(8)。生物活性显示化合物3对HCT-116和Hela细胞株有细胞毒性。
