方格星虫多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的研究方格星虫多糖(Sipunculus nudus polysaccharides,SNP)对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法采用ConA诱导淋巴细胞转化试验和NK细胞活性测定试验测试方格星虫多糖对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响;采用血清溶血素水平检测和抗体形成细胞数检测方法测试SNP对小鼠体液免疫的影响;采用碳廓清试验测试SNP对小鼠非特异性免疫的影响。结果 SNP能明显提高小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,促进小鼠碳廓清速率和小鼠肝脏与脾脏对异物的吞噬功能。结论 SNP可提高小鼠的免疫功能。

Effect of Sipunculus nudus polysaccharides on immunological function in mice

Objective To investigate the effect of Sipunculus nudus Polysaccharides(SNP)on immunological functions in mice.Methods By lymphocyte transformation test and NK cells activity test,the effects of SNP on cellular immunity were evaluated.By the hemolysin level of serum and plaque-forming cell(PFC) test of mice sensitized by sheep red blood cell(SRBC),the effect of SNP on humoral immunity was measured.Carbon clearance test was used to detect the promotion of phagocytosis function caused by SNP.Results Compared with the normal group,SNP could promote the cellular immunity and humoral immunity,and promote eyewinker’s phagocytosis function of liver and spleen in mice.Conclusion SNP can stimulate the immunological function in mice.
