摘    要:方法:通过动物实验,研究了5种海洋多糖(琼胶、卡拉胶、羊栖莱多糖、褐藻糖胶、壳聚糖)对小鼠游泳时间及运动后血乳酸值变化的影咱。结果:壳聚糖可显著延长小鼠游泳时澡,并可减缓运动小鼠体内血乳酸的堆积,加快运动后小鼠体内血乳酸的消除速率。提示:壳聚糖具有抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:By animal experiments, the effects of five marine polysaccharides (Agar, Carrag-eenan,sargassum fusiforme polysaccharide, Fucoidan, Chitosan) on the swimming time of mice and the changing of blood lactic acid (BLA) resulting from swimming sports were studied. The results of the experiments showed that Chitosan can prolong swimming time of mice significantly (compared with placebo, P<0. 01) and to reduce the increase of BLA resulting from swimming sports (P<0. 01) and speed up the elimination of BLA after swimming (P< 0. 01). The results suggested that Chitosan has an anti-fatigue effect.
