| 摘 要： | 褐藻糖胶是一种酸性硫酸化多糖，有多种生物活性和药理作用，其抗血栓活性尤为明显。褐藻糖胶能够抑制凝血酶的产生及活性，提高组织型纤溶酶原活化剂对纤溶酶原的激活作用，从而具有抗血栓形成和溶栓功能。

| Abstract: | Fucoidans, the acid polysaccharides with sulfate ester, have many biological properties and pharmacological functions. Its antithrombotic activity is especially potent. Fu-coidans have both antithrombotic and fibrinolytic properties by inhibiting the generation and the activity of thrombin, and by enhancing the activation of plasminogen by tissue plasmino-gen activator (t-PA). |
