| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对突发性耳聋与脑梗塞关系的研究,探讨突发性耳聋的病因.方法 对316例听力检测结果确诊为突发性耳聋患者,常规行颅脑MRI检查.结果 56(17.72%)例患者存在不同程度脑梗塞.结论 突发性耳聋与脑梗塞存在密切关系,基底节区域或小脑前下动脉损害缺血是引起突发性耳聋的病因之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between sudden deafness and cerebral infarcton,in order to explore etiology of sudden deafness. Methods 316 patients which were diagnosed as sudden deafness by clinical audition examination were underwent brain MRI. Results MRI showed cerebral infarcton in 56 cases. Conclusion There is a close relationship between sudden deafness and cerebral infarcton,and the ischemia of anterior inferior cerebellar artery and besal ganglia cortex play the role in sudden deafness. |
