医院感染220例调查分析

目的了解住院患者医院感染情况,确定医院感染的重点,为预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法对我院2010年全年发生医院感染患者的科室、部位和细菌培养结果进行了前瞻性和回顾性调查分析。结果全年9553例住院患者,发生医院感染220(2.30%);感染264例次(2.58%),感染部位以下呼吸道为主(48.47%),其次为泌尿道和胃肠道,分别为20.61%和8.78%;病原菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主(48.97%),常见的有铜绿假单胞菌(10.34%)、大肠埃希菌(6.21%);真菌占22.06%,以白色念珠菌为主(13.10%)。结论开展目标性监测,提高临床标本送检率,合理使用抗菌药物,执行手卫生规范,严格无菌操作和消毒隔离制定,是预防医院感染的关键。

Investigate analysis of hospital infection in 220 cases
