壳寡糖抗菌活性的实验研究

摘    要:目的检测用改良双氧水降解法制备的壳寡糖的体外抗菌活性。方法采用涂布法和滴注法测定壳寡糖对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白假丝酵母菌的抗菌作用。结果壳寡糖的抗菌效果基本一致。壳寡糖对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强 ,0 .5 %的浓度可完全抑制其生长 ;大肠埃希菌次之 ,需 1 %的浓度 ;枯草芽孢杆菌需 2 % ;对白假丝酵母菌的作用最弱 ,需 4 %的浓度。抗菌活性随壳寡糖的浓度增加而增强。结论壳寡糖对 4种供试菌有抑制作用 ,为其进一步应用提供依据

Abstract:Purpose To examine the antimicrobial activity of a chitooligosaccharide produced by improved H 2O 2 degradation in vitro.MethodsSpreading inoculation and dropping inoculation were used to determine the antimicrobial activity of the chitooligosaccharide against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis , and Candida albicans. ResultsChitooligosaccharide using two different methods could exhibit almost the same antimicrobial effects. The growth of four microorganisms tested was mostly inhibited by chitooligosaccharide treatments. The most sensitive strain was S.aureus, completely inactivated by chitooligosaccharide at 0.5% after 24 h incubation, while E.coli required for 1% and B.subtilis for 2%. The most resistant strain was C.albicans, a concentration of 4% of chitooligosaccharide was required to inhibit this strain for 24 h incubation. The antimicrobial activity of chitooligosaccharide was concentration dependent, with concentration increased, and its effect was strengthened accordingly.ConclusionChitooligosaccharide could inhibit these four microorganisms. It would provide scientific basis for further research and application.
