静脉注射用人免疫球蛋白二级结构分析与生物学活性间的关系

摘    要:目的对不同工艺生产的静脉注射用人免疫球蛋白(IVIG)的二级结构进行分析研究,优化生产工艺。方法采用圆二色谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱方法。结果不同工艺生产的IVIG制品β折叠含量不同。结论不同工艺生产的IVIG制品二级结构的差异影响了制品的生物学活性。

Abstract:PurposeTo study secondary structures of human intravenous immunoglobulin preparations(IVIG) by various product technologies and by optimizing the product technology.Methodscircular dichroism(CD) and Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR).ResultsThe β-folds of the different IVIG preparations are various.ConclusionSecondary structures of different IVIG preparations are changed and the biological activities are affected.
