| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院抗菌药物的应用情况及趋势,为抗菌药物的合理应用提供参考。方法:采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法(DDDs排序法)对我院2008—2010年抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:3年来我院抗菌药物销售金额占药品销售总金额的比例呈下降趋势;品种数稳中略升;头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类及青霉素类的销售金额各年度均位于前3位;销售金额及用药频度排序前10位中,头孢菌素类各年度均占有绝对优势。结论:我院抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍需进一步加强监管。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status quo and tendency of the utilization of antibiotics in our hospital in order to provide references for rational use of antibiotics.METHODS: The utilization of antibiotics in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 was retrospectively analyzed by consumption sum ranking and DDDs ranking.RESULTS: The ratio of the consumption sum of antibiotics to the total drug consumption sum showed a downward trend over the 3 years.The number of drug varieties showed slight increase amid stability... |
