2010年全国9家肿瘤专科医院抗肿瘤药应用剂量分析

目的:了解我国肿瘤专科医院抗肿瘤药临床应用剂量,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:根据全国9家肿瘤专科医院提供的2010年抗肿瘤药应用数据,统计抗肿瘤药单次应用剂量,并根据说明书用量进行对比,探讨其合理性。结果:全国9家肿瘤专科医院处方医嘱单次用药剂量中有40种药物超出说明书单次用药剂量,在以上40种药物中,单种药物超剂量使用频率最多,涉及到5家医院;单药超剂量使用频率超过3家医院的药物有15种,占37.5%。结论:部分药物超说明书剂量使用具有一定合理性,药品说明书应给予及时补充、修订和完善。临床医师在用药时需更加谨慎,应正确、合理选择药物剂量,并做好用药监测,以保证患者的用药安全。

Administration Doses of Antineoplastic Drugs in 9 Chinese Cancer Hospitals in 2010

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the administration doses of antineoplastic drugs in Chinese cancer hospitals so as to provide references to clinical rational use of antineoplastic drugs.METHODS: Based on the utilization data of antineoplastic drugs in 9 Chinese cancer hospitals in 2010,the single dose of antineoplastic drugs was statistically analyzed based and compared with what is specified in package inserts so as to assess its rationality.RESULTS: Among the 9 cancer hospitals,single dose exceeding what is specified in package inserts was noted in 40 kinds of drugs.Of the 40 kinds of drugs,overdosing of single kind of drugs were most frequent in 5 hospitals,and in more than 3 hospitals,overdosing of single drug was noted in 15 kinds(37.5%).CONCLUSION: It is reasonable to some degree for some drugs used at a dose exceeding what is specified in drug inserts,thus the drug inserts should be complemented,revised and perfected timely.Clinicians should be more cautious in prescribing drugs to make correct and rational decision regarding administration doses meanwhile monitoring patients’ drug use to ensure their medication safety.
