摘    要:目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2009年1月1日—2010年6月30日上报的152例ADR报告,按患者年龄、性别、给药途径、引起ADR的药品种类、涉及器官和(或)系统以及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果:152例ADR报告中,18~40岁年龄段ADR发生率最高,占60.53%(92例);静脉滴注较其他给药途径更易发生ADR,占74.34%(113例);头孢唑林是引发ADR例数第1位的药物,占13.16%(20例);ADR最常见的临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害,占25.66%(39例)。结论:医院应进一步加强ADR的监测工作,并加强用药干预,促进合理用药。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and general patterns of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in our hospital so as to promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS: 152 ADR case reports collected in our hospital from Jan.1,2009 to June 30,2010 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients’age and sex,route of administration,drug category,organs and systems involved and clinical manifestation etc.RESULTS: Of the total 152 ADR cases,patients aged between 18-40 years old showed the higher proportion with 92 cases(60.53%);the ADRs were more likely to occur via intravenous route113(74.34%)].Cefazolin-induced ADRs took the lead with 20(13.16%);lesions of skin and its appendages were the most common ADR 39(25.66%)].CONCLUSION: ADR monitoring and intervention on drug use should be further strengthened in our hospital to promote rational drug use.
