| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对中成药说明书"用法用量"项的调查分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:调取北京积水潭医院中药房《中成药使用说明书汇编集》,以国家食品药品监督管理局2006]283号文件《中药、天然药物处方药说明书撰写指导原则》"用法用量"项的相关规定项作对照,对297份口服中成药说明书"用法用量"项进行分析。结果:"用法用量"项存在问题颇多。结论:中成药说明书"用法用量"项规范化问题亟待解决,希望引起药品生产、监管相关部门的高度重视,为患者安全、有效的用药提供保证。
