| 摘 要： | 目的：研究药物治疗及护理干预对中重度老年癌痛患者生活质量的影响。方法：采用药物治疗及护理干预对中重度老年癌痛患者进行宁养治疗,对疼痛和生活质量进行评估。结果：经过药物治疗及护理干预,中重度老年癌痛患者疼痛评分降低,生活质量评分提高。结论：药物治疗及护理干预可明显减轻中重度老年癌痛患者的疼痛、提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effects of drug treatment and nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with moderate or severe cancer pain. METHODS： Drug treatment and nursing intervention were applied for hospice treatments of elderly patients with moderate or severe cancer pain, and the cancer pain degree and quality of life of the patients were evaluated. RESULTS： After drug treatment and nursing intervention, the VAS scores for cancer pain decreased while score of life quality of the elderly patients increased. CONCLUSION： Drug treatment and nursing intervention can alleviate the cancer pain while improving the quality of life of the elderly patients with moderate or severe cancer pain. |
