| 摘 要： | 目的：了解洛美沙星不良反应发生情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索2000～2007年国内专业医药期刊中有关洛美沙星出现的不良反应，进行整理、归纳和分析。结果：洛美沙星的不良反应中以过敏反应最为常见，占ADR的46．97％。结论：随着洛美沙星在临床上广泛的应用，其不良反应及用药安全性应得到关注。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To analyze the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by Lomefloxacin so as to provide references for its rational use in the clinic. METHODS：The Lomefloxacin-induced ADR cases reported in the domestic pharmaceutical journals retrieved from 2000 to 2007 were sorted and analyzed statistically. RESULTS：Anaphylactic reactions represented 46.97 % of all the ADRs induced by Lomefloxacin. CONCLUSION ： Great importance should be attached to the ADRs and the medication safety with the widespread use of Lomefloxacin in the clinic. |
