肠瑞灌肠剂对放射性直肠炎大鼠血浆6-Keto—PGF1α及TXB2的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药肠瑞灌肠剂对放射性直肠炎大鼠血浆6-eto—PGF1α及TXB2的影响。方法:利用直线加速器建立放射性直肠炎大鼠模型,随机分为肠瑞灌肠剂治疗组、中药及化学药阳性对照组、模型和空白对照组,治疗7天后处死,放免法检测各组血浆6-酮-前列腺素(6-keto—PGF1α)、血栓素B2(TXB2)的含量。结果:照射后各组6-Kote—PGF1α均有不同程度下降,而TXB2以及TXB2/6-Kote—PGF1α均有不同程度升高,肠瑞灌肠剂能上调放射性直肠炎大鼠血浆6-Kote—PGF1α含量,下调其TXB2含量及TXB2/6-Kote—PGF1α比值。结论:肠瑞灌肠剂可改善放射性直肠炎局部组织血液循环,抑制血小板活化,从而减轻炎症反应,促进肠黏膜修复。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Changrui Enemas on plasma level of 6-Keto-PGF1α and TXB2 in rats with Radiation-induced proetitis. METHODS:Rat radiation-induced proctitis model was established using linear accelerator. The model rats were randomized to Changrui Enema group, traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine positive groups, model group and blank control group. The rats were sacrificed after treatment for 7days. Plasma levels of 6-Keto- PGF1α and TXB2 were detected by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS:After radiation,6-Keto-PGF1α contents decreased while TXB2 contents and ratio of TXB2/6-Kote-PGF1α increased in each group; however, Changrui Enemas could significantly increase 6-Keto-PGFla contents and decrease both TXB2 contents and ratio of TXB2/6-Kote-PGF1α. CONCLUSION:Changrui Enemas can relieve inflammatory reaction and facilitate repair of enteric mucosa in rats with radiation-induced proctitis through improving local enteric blood circulation and inhibiting activation of thromboeyte.
