2010—2012年航天中心医院住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的：了解2010—2012年我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况及变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：收集2010—2012年我院住院部抗菌药物的使用数据,对其销售金额、用药品种、用药频度（DDDs）、抗菌药物使用强度（AUD）等进行回顾性分析。结果：2011年和2012年我院住院患者抗菌药物销售金额基本持平;其他β-内酰胺类、碳青霉稀类以及抗真菌药销售金额排序靠前;3年来左氧氟沙星、莫西沙星以及头孢地尼的DDDs排序均居前5位。结论：我院住院患者抗菌药物使用正趋于合理化,但目前仍存在AUD偏大、部分抗菌药物使用频度过高、使用的抗菌药物较贵等不合理现象,医院应加强抗菌药物管理,合理选择抗菌药物。

Analysis of Antibiotic Use in The Inpatients of Aerospace Center Hospital During 2010-2012

OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the status quo and tendency of the antibiotic use in the inpatients of our hospital during 2010-2012 for clinical reference of rational use of antibiotics. METHODS ： The utilization of antibiotics in the inpatients during 2010-2012 collected from our hospital were retrospectively analyzed with regard to consumption on the consumption list. Over the three years, levofloxacin, moxifloxacin and cefdinir ranked among the top 5 in terms of DDDs. CONCLUSION ： The antibiotic use in the inpatients of our hospital tends to be more and more rational yet the phenomena such as the AUD of antibiotics was high, some antibiotics were used with excessively high frequency and the antibiotics used were expensive etc still existed. Therefore, strengthened management on antibiotic use in hospital is necessary so as to achieve rational choice of antibiotics.
