2010-2012年河南太学淮河医院麻醉性镇痛药应用分析

目的：了解我院麻醉性镇痛药的使用情况及趋势，为临床合理应用麻醉性镇痛药提供参考。方法：利用我院药库计算机管理系统收集2010--2012年我院麻醉性镇痛药的用量、用药频度（DDDs）、销售金额等数据，并对其进行统计、分析。结果：口服剂型麻醉性镇痛药用量呈逐年增加的趋势，尤其是吗啡缓释片增加明显；注射剂型麻醉性镇痛药用量明显下降，主要以瑞芬太尼注射液、舒芬太尼注射液和哌替啶注射液下降明显。结论：我院麻醉性镇痛药的用药逐渐趋于合理，临床疗效提高。

Utilization of Narcotic Analgesics in Henan University Huaihe Hospital During 2010-2012

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and tendency of the utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospital for references of clinical rational use of narcotic analgesics. METHODS： The utilization data of narcotic analgesics during 2010-2012 including consumption amount, DDDs and consumption sum were collected from hospital computer management system and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption amount of narcotic analgesics （peroral dosage form） showed a rising trend, much as in the consumption of morphine sustained release tablets. The consumption amount of narcotic analgesics for injection decreased significantly, much as in the consumption of remifentanil injection, sufentanil injection and pethidine injection. CONCLUSION： The utilization of narcotic analgesics in our hospital becomes more and more reasonable accompanied by improving of its clinical efficacy.
