临床药师参与糖尿病合并气性坏疽患者个体化治疗的实践

目的：探讨临床药师在糖尿病合并气性坏疽患者个体化治疗中的作用。方法：临床药师通过参与糖尿病合并气性坏疽患者个体化治疗的救治工作，发挥自身药学特长，结合指南、药物敏感性试验结果、药物特点、用药经验等方面知识，帮助临床医师调整给药方案，合理选择抗菌药物和用药剂量。结果：通过个体化用药方案成功抢救糖尿病合并气性坏疽患者。结论：临床药师参与临床治疗，可以弥补医师对抗菌药物知识的不足，有利于提高临床治疗水平，促进合理用药。

Clinical Pharmacist＇ Experience with Individualized Therapy for Patients with Diabetes Associated with Gas Gangrene

OBJECTIVE：To discuss clinical pharmacists＇ rode in the individualized treatment of patients with diabetes associated with gas gangrene. METHODS： During individualized treatment for patients with diabetes associated with gas gangTene diabetic, the clinical pharmacist bring their own pharmacy expertise into full play and help clinicians in adjusting dose regimen and rational choice of antibiotics and dosage based on guidelines, drug susceptibility test results, drug characteristics and experience in drug use. RESULTS： Through individualized regimen, the patients with diabetes associated with gas gangrene were successfully rescued. CONCLUSION： The clinical pharmacist participation in clinical treatment can make up for the lack of knowledge of clinicians on antimicrobial drugs, conducive to the improvement of the level of clinical treatment and promote rational use of drugs.
