由下肢深静脉血栓引发肺栓塞的因果分析

目的：提高对任何时期下肢深静脉血栓的警惕性,避免引发肺栓塞,使不典型肺栓塞患者得到及时、正确的诊断和治疗。方法：针对我院2009年收治的1例下肢深静脉血栓引发不典型肺栓塞病例,探讨其发病原因、治疗过程,进行因果分析。结果：复方去氧孕烯片引发下肢深静脉血栓形成,下肢深静脉血栓引发不典型肺栓塞。结论：加强诊断与鉴别诊断,避免不典型肺栓塞误诊、漏诊,及时诊治。

Causal Analysis of Pulmonary Embolism Induced by Deep Vein Thrombosis

OBJECTIVE： To improve people’s vigilance on venous thrombosis and to avoid the induced pulmonary embolism and facilitate a timely and correct diagnosis and treatment of the atypical pulmonary embolism. METHODS： We studied the etiology,treatment and causes of one patient with deep vein thrombosis - induced pulmonary embolism admitted to our hospital in 2009. RESULTS： The atypical pulmonary embolism was resulted from compound Desogestrel tablets - induced deep vein thrombosis. CONCLUSION： We should emphasize the diagnosis and differential diagnosis to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of atypical pulmonary embolism and give timely treatment of this disease.
