麦考酚吗乙酯治疗肾病的临床疗效评价

目的：通过对麦考酚吗乙酯（MMF）治疗肾病的临床疗效进行评价，为临床合理应用提供依据。方法：通过目前可获得的临床观察结果（系统评价、Meta分析和随机对照试验）进行检索、收集、利用和评价，明确MMF应用于肾脏疾病的临床疗效。结果：各种系统评价、Meta分析和随机对照试验的结果虽不尽相同，但肯定有效，而且其不良反应均低于对照组。结论：MMF对治疗肾脏疾病（IgA肾病、狼疮肾炎、原发性肾病综合征）具有一定疗效，且不良反应少。但需要大规模多中心随机对照试验以及长期随访，才能进一步评价MMF在肾脏疾病应用的安全性和有效性。

Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Mycophenolate Mofetil for Kidney Diseases

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mycophenolate Mofetil （MMF） for kidney diseases to guide rational medication in the clinic. METHODS： Using the available observation results from systematic evaluation, Meta analysis, and randomized controlled trial （RTC） to retrieve, collect, utilize and evaluate the clinical efficacy of MMF for kidney diseases. RESULTS： The observation results obtained from systematic evaluation, Meta analysis, and randomized controlled trial （RTC） had differences, but MMF had confirmed efficacy for kidney disease and the incidences of its adverse drug reactions were all lower than in control group. CONCLUSION ： MMF showed efficacy and low incidence of adverse drug reactions in patients with kidney diseases （IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis, and primary nephrotic syndrome）. However, the safety and efficacy of MMF for kidney diseases await large scale multicenter randomized controlled trial and long - term follow- up.
