2011-2013年抚顺矿务局总医院抗菌药物使用分析

目的：了解抚顺矿务局总医院抗菌药物的使用情况及趋势,为抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考.方法：采用金额排序法和用药频度（DDDs）排序法,对该院2011-2013年抗菌药物的使用情况进行回顾性分析.结果：3年来,该院抗菌药物销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例呈下降趋势,头孢菌素类、大环内酯类及青霉素类的DDDs各年度均位于前3位;销售金额排序列前10位的药品中,第一代头孢菌素头孢硫脒在各年度稳居榜首,五水头孢唑林钠的销售金额逐年增加,2013年列第2位.结论：该院抗菌药物使用渐趋合理,但仍需进一步加强监管.

Analysis of Antibiotic Use in General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau between 2011 and 2013

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and tendency of the antibiotic use in General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau in order to provide reference for rational use of antibiotics.METHODS：The antibiotic use in the hospital from 2011 to 2013 was retrospectively analyzed with regard to ranking of consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS：The ratio of the consumption sum of antibiotics to the total drug consumption sum showed a downward trend over the 3 years.Cephalosporins,macrolides and penicillin steadily dominated the first 3 places on the DDDs list over the 3 years.First generation cephalosporins cefathiamidine took the lead among the top 10 on the consumption sum lists over the 3 years.The consumption sum of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate increased year by year and it forced into the second place on the consumption list in 2013.CONCLUSIONS：The antibiotic use in the hospital was gradually reasonable; however,supervision on the antibiotic use remains to be strengthened further.
