| 摘 要： | 目的：研究我院中药注射剂的应用状况和用药趋势。方法：采用金额排序和应用频度分析方法对我院2005-2007年中药注射剂的使用情况进行统计分析。结果：中药注射剂用药金额3年占总用药金额的百分比分别为8.45%、7.33%及6.79%,且呈逐年下降趋势。结论：中药注射剂在我院临床应用结构基本合理,但仍应重视其安全性、有效性,合理选择使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To study the current application situation and future trend of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital. METHODS： The traditional Chinese medicine injections used in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed in respect of consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS： The proportion of the consumption sum of traditional Chinese medicine injections decreased year by year, representing 8.45 %, 7.33%, and 6.79% respectively over the 3 years. CONCLUSION： The use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital is generally reasonable, but great importance should be attached to the safety ＆ effectives, rational choice and use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. |
