摘    要:目的:建立金银花浸膏中绿原酸含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15:85);流速:1mL·min^-1;检测波长:327nm;进样量:10皿。结果:绿原酸在0,106~1.016μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.3%(RSD=1.04%)。结论:本方法操作简便,准确,重复性好,精密度高,可作为金银花浸膏的质量控制方法。

Determination of Flos Lonicera Japonica Extract by HPLC

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determining Chlorogenic Acid in Flos Lonicera Japonica Extract. METHODS: A Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile -0.4% H3PO4 (15:85)as the mobile phase was used for determination, the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min ^-1 and the UV detection wavelength was at 327 nm. RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 106 - 1.016 μg for Chlorogenic Acid (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery rate was 100.3 % with RSD of 1.04 % (n = 6). CONCLUSION:The results indicate that the HPLC method is simple, accurate, highly selective and reproducible, thus it could be used as quality control in the preparation of Flos Lonicera Japonica Extract.
