2006～2007年我院住院患者抗肿瘤药应用情况分析

目的：了解我院抗肿瘤药的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院住院患者2006～2007年抗肿瘤药的销售金额、药理分类和用药日均费用等情况统计与分析。结果：我院抗肿瘤药用药金额增长率低于用药总金额的增长率；植物药及其衍生物和抗肿瘤辅助药用药金额较高，紫杉醇的销售金额连续两年位于首位；2007年多数抗肿瘤药的用药日均费用较上年有明显下降。结论：我院抗肿瘤药用药金额将逐年增长，植物药及其衍生物、辅助治疗药及其他抗肿瘤药将是未来我院肿瘤治疗的主要用药方向。

Analysis of Antineoplastic Drugs Used in Our Hospital During the Period 2006 - 2007

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital in order to provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS:A statistical analysis was performed on antineoplastic drugs used in our hospital from 2006 to 2007 in respect of its consumption sum,pharmacological classification and the average daily cost.RESULTS:The increasing ratio of the consumption sum for antineoplastic drugs was lower than that for the total drugs.The consumption sum of antineoplastic plant medica and its derivatives and assistant drugs was high,with the consumption sum of paclitaxel dominating the first place over the 2 consecutive years.However,the average daily cost of antineoplastics in 2007 decreased significantly than in 2006.CONCLUSION:It is expected that the consumption sum of antineoplastic drugs is expected to increase year by year,and the antineoplastic plant medica and its derivatives and assistant drugs and the other antineoplastic agents will become the major drugs for tumor treatment in our hospital.
