2006年上半年我院临床病原菌的耐药性分析

目的:调查分析我院2006院1月~6月临床送检标本分离的病原菌数据,对我院常见病原菌的耐药性情况进行分析。方法:对分离到的605株病原菌的细菌耐药情况进行回顾分析。结果:监测发现,革兰阴性菌占优势,占78.02%,从菌种分布来看,大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、阴沟肠杆菌、金葡菌、表葡菌居前6位,为我院临床常见致病菌。结论:细菌耐药是当前临床一个十分严峻的问题,做好临床监测、合理应用抗菌药物已成为当务之急。

Analysis of Drug Resistance of Clinical Pathogenic Bacteria in the First Half Year of 2006

OBJECTIVE:To survey the data of the clinically isolated pathogenic bacteria sent for test from Jan.to June,2006 and to analyze the drug resistance of the common pathogenic bacteria.METHODS: Retrospective analysis was conducted on the drug resistance of 605 isolated strains.RESULTS: Dominated the list were Gram-negative bacteria,accounting for(78.02%).Leading the first 6 places in the list of the common clinical pathogenic bacteria were escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa, klebsiella pneumoniae,enterobacter cloacae;staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus epidermidis.CONCLUSION: Drug resistance is a very severe problem faced by the clinic.It is urgent to carry out monitoring and rational use of antibacterials.
