西南4省市63家医院2002年呼吸系统用药分析

目的 :分析 2 0 0 2年西南 4省市 6 3家医院呼吸系统用药的现状及趋势。方法 :收集 2 0 0 2年西南 4省市 6 3家医院的呼吸系统类药物的用药数据 ,对其每季度用药金额、用药品种及生产公司进行调查。结果 :2 0 0 2年呼吸系统用药金额为 3345 1786元 ,1季度～ 4季度用药金额分别为全年用药金额的 19 7%、19 3%、2 7 0 %和 34 0 % ;止咳祛痰药占总用药金额的 5 9 4 % ,平喘药占总用药金额的 4 0 6 % ,氨溴索和卡提素两种药物占用药金额的 5 1 4 7% ,国外公司生产及进口药品用药金额约占 2 7%。结论 :呼吸系统用药随季节而变化 ,冬秋季节呼吸系统用药金额明显大于春、夏季节

Analysis of Drug Consumption of Respiratory Diseases in 63 hospitals in 4 Provinces in the Southwest in 2002

OBJECTIVE: To survey and analysis the present situation and trends of drug usage for respiratory diseases in 63 hospitals in 4 provinces, southwest of China in 2002. METHODS: Data collected from the total 63 hospitals in 4 provinces (cities) were analyzed statistically. The main varieties, manufacturer, and sum of money of drugs every quarter were evaluated. RESULTS: In 2002, the total costs of drugs for respiratory diseases in these hospitals were 33 451 786 yuan (RMB) . Of those, sum of money of drugs during first to the fourth quarter were 19 7%,19 3%,27 0% and 34 0%, the consumption of the drugs for stopping cough and expectorating sputum and for asthma were 59 4% and 40 6%, respectively. Among the drugs the costs of Ambroxol and Extra-BCG were up to 51 47%, and that of the import drugs were about 27%. CONCLUSION:Sum of money of drugs used for respiratory diseases changes with season. The costs in winter and autumn were much higher than that in spring and summer.
