| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药学人才培养的合作教育模式。方法：结合对现阶段药学高等教育的分析,从构建与完善临床药学人才新的培养模式、进行相应教学体系的改革、强化合作教育师资队伍建设等方面的实践经验进行总结、分析。结果：进行了创新我国临床药学人才培养的具体实践工作,并为进一步开展临床药学教育与临床药师培养提出了建议。结论：初步形成了天津市临床药学人才培养的合作教育模式,正逐步建立与之相适应的临床药学人才培养体系。
