酒钢医院2011-2013年麻醉性镇痛药使用分析

目的：了解酒钢医院麻醉性镇痛药的使用情况及趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：利用该院的医院信息系统统计2011-2013年麻醉性镇痛药的用量、用药频度（DDDs）、销售金额等数据，并对其进行分析。结果：2011-2013该院硫酸吗啡缓释片（30 mg）的DDDs逐年上升并稳居第1位；盐酸羟考酮缓释片（10 mg）的DDDs逐年上升；盐酸哌替啶注射液的DDDs在逐年下降。结论：该院麻醉性镇痛药的使用逐渐趋于合理。

Utilization of Narcotic Analgesics in Jiugang Hospital during 2011-2013

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and the tendency of the utilization of narcotic analgesics in Jiugang Hos-pital for clinical reference of rational use of narcotic analgesics. METHODS：The utilization data of narcotic analgesics during 2011-2013 collected from hospital information system were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption amount,DDDs and consumption sum. RESULTS：The DDDs of Morphine sulfate sustained release tablet （30 mg） in the hospital increased year by year and stably dominated the first place during 2011-2013;the DDDs of Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet （10 mg）also increased year by year;however,the DDDs of Pethidine injection decreased year by year. CONCLUSIONS：The utiliza-tion of narcotic analgesics in the hospital becomes more and more rational.
