| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定消风止瘁颗粒中甘草酸的含量。方法：采用Kromasil-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相：乙腈一水·冰醋酸（35：65：2），流速：1ml／min，柱温：室温（25℃），检测波长：250nm。结果：当甘草酸在0～224．0μg范围内呈线性关系（r=0．9999，n=6），平均加样回收率为98．0％，RSD为1．15％（n=6）。结论：本法简便、准确、可靠、专属性强、重现性好，可用于消风止痒颗粒中甘草酸的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To establish high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method to determine the content of glycyrrhizic acid in Xiaofengzhiyang granules. METHODS： The samples were separated on Kromasil-Cls （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm） column, with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid （35： 65： 2） at a flow rate of 1 ml / min, with column temperature set at room temperature （25 ℃ ） and detection wavelength set at 250 nm. RESULTS ： The linear range of glycyrrhizin was 0-224. 0μg （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 6） ; the average recovery was 98.0% with RSD = 1.15% （n =6）. CONCLUSION： The established method is simple, accurate, reliable, specific, reproducible, and can be used to determine the content of glycyrrhizic acid in Xiaofengzhiyang granules. |
