| 摘 要： | 目的:研究XTT比色法用于细胞生长曲线检测的可行性.方法:采用XTT比色法检测卵巢癌细胞株3AO的细胞生长曲线,并与MTT法相比较.结果:XTT比色法检测获得的3AO细胞生长曲线与应用MTT法获得的细胞生长曲线大致相同,且比MTT法更加快速简便.结论:XTT比色法不仅可替代MTT法用于细胞生长曲线的检测,而且优于MTT法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility of XTT colorimetric assay as a method for cell growth curves.Methods:The XTT colorimetric assay was used as a method for cell growth curves of ovarian carcinoma cell lines 3AO and was compared with the MTT assay.Results:The cell growth curve of 3AO obtained by the XTT colorimetric assay was not only similar to the MTT assay,but also more rapid and simpler than MTT.Conclusion:XTT colorimetric assay can replace MTT assay to measure the cell growth curve and is better than MTT. |
