| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹股沟区复合疝的诊治体会。方法:总结10年来26例腹股沟区复合疝患者的处理情况。结果:1例伤口炎性渗出,1例复发再手术,2例出现伤口明显不适,其余均顺利痊愈。结论:术中应注意复合疝的诊断,无张力疝修补方法优于传统方法,灵活地结合运用二种手术修补方法效果更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:To report the experience in diagnosing and treating compound inguinal hernia.Methods:The clinical data of 26 cases of compound inguinal hernia were analyzed retrospectively about 10 years.Results:Wound exude in 1 case,recurrence after operation in1 case wound obvious discomfort in 2 cases,the rest are healed.Conclusion:Pay attention to the diagnosis in operation,tension-free hernioplasty is superior to the traditional method,the flexible combination of two kinds of operation method is better. |
