彩超检测兔动脉硬化早期腹主动脉弹性的实验研究

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检测动脉弹性对于早期诊断动脉粥样硬化的意义,为临床开展相关工作提供实验依据。方法:对24只新西兰大白兔行高脂餐喂养,制备兔腹主动脉硬化模型,分别在喂养0,4,8,12周应用M型超声及泰盟BL-410型生理实验系统计算腹主动脉弹性的各项指标:包括弹性系数(Eρ)、硬度指数(β)以及顺应性(AC);得出数值后随机处死6只兔,进行病理学检查,在光镜和电镜下观察腹主动脉结构,将病理结果与血管弹性各项指标做对照分析。结果:4~12周末血管的弹性系数(Eρ)、硬度指标(β)较基础状态明显增高(P<0.01);4~8周末顺应性(AC)较基础状态明显减低(P<0.01);Eρ、β与内膜厚度有较好的相关性(P<0.05);AC变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用彩色多普勒超声仪的M超功能可以在动脉硬化的结构未发生变化前检测到功能的改变,从而可能达到早期诊断的目的。但在内膜明显增厚以后,测量误差以及其他因素影响了最终的结果,可以采用其他的方法继续观察。

The empirical study about detacting the rabbits abdominal aorta elasticity during the period of early artherosclerosis by color Dopplor ultrasound

Objective:To explore the early diagnosis value of color Dopplor on the aspect of abdominal aorta artherosclerosis and offer the experimental evidence for the clinical working.Methods:Twenty-four male New Zealand rabbits were raised by hypercholesterole,to make abdominal aorta artherosclerosis model,at the end of 0,4,8,12 week,utilize the color Doppler ultrasound and BL-410 physiology experiment system to calculate the Eρ,β and AC,after obtaining the figure,six rabbits in random were executed.Arteria iliaca external were taken out and observed by light microscope and electron microscope,and compare the pathology consequence with blood vessel elasticity index.Results:At the end of 4 weeks and 12 weeks,Eρ and β increase obviously(P<0.01),while during the period of 4～8 weeks,AC reduce significantly(P<0.01);Eρ,β have better associativity with the endomembrane thickness(P<0.05).The diversity of AC has not statistically significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:There are significant value of the color Dopplor in early diagnosis of the artherosclerosis.It is very helpful for reaching the destination of early diagnosis.While when the endomembrane thickness thickening obviously,measurement error and other fators have an effect on the result,and may adopt other methods to continue observation.
