盆底康复仪结合会阴雷火灸治疗压力性尿失禁的临床研究

目的:探讨盆底康复仪结合会阴雷火灸治疗压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床效果及对盆腔功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2020年9月收治的女性SUI患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予以盆底康复仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用会阴雷火灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、盆底功能、盆底肌力、1 h漏尿量、盆腔脏器脱垂率及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后静息肌电值低于对照组,最大收缩力、持续收缩力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1 h漏尿量小于对照组,盆底肌力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组盆腔脏器脱垂发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底康复仪结合会阴雷火灸可提高SUI患者的治疗效果,加快盆底功能恢复,增加盆底肌肌力,减少漏尿量,降低盆腔脏器脱垂风险及复发率。

Clinical study of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with perineal thunder and fire moxibustion for stress urinary incontinence

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument combined with perineal thunder and fire moxibustion in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(SUI)and its influence on pelvic function.Methods:A total of 100 female patients with SUI admitted to hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group on the basis of control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument,and the observation group was treated with perineal thunder and fire moxibustion.Clinical efficacy,pelvic floor function,pelvic floor muscle strength,1 h urine leakage and pelvic organ prolapse rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The resting EMG value of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the maximum contractile force and continuous contractile force were higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The urine leakage of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the pelvic floor muscle strength was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of pelvic organ prolapse in the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument combined with perineal thunder and fire moxibustion can improve the treatment effect of SUI,accelerate the recovery of pelvic floor function,increase pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce urine leakage,and reduce the risk of pelvic organ prolapse.
