奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛临床疗效观察

目的观察奥施康定（盐酸羟考酮控释片）治疗中重度癌痛的疗效及不良反应。方法采用开放试验方法，对95例中重度癌痛患者进行治疗。奥施康定起始剂量1Omg／12h，根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量，评价镇痛效果和不良反应。结果95例中重度癌痛患者，总有效率85．3％，中度疼痛组有效率90．9％，重度疼痛组有效率83．6％。不良反应主要为便秘31例（32．6％）。结论奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛疗效确切，不良反应轻，服用安全。

Clinical observation of oxycontin in managem entofmoderate and severe cancerpain

Objective To observe analgesic effect andmain side effects of oxycontin inmanagement of themode rate and severe cancer pain.Methods Nintyfive patients with moderate and severe cancer pain were selected.Oxycontin was administered at an initial dose of 10mg every 12h and titrated upwards according to the extent of pain relief.Outcomes included analgesic effect and side effect.Results Among all the 95 patients total effective ratewas 85.3%,effective rate of themoderate and severe cancer pain was 90.9% and 83.6%,respectively.Main adverse effect was constipation in 31 patients(32.6%).Conclusion Oxycontin is safe and effective and with slight adverse effects in treatment ofmoderate and sever cancer pain.
