探讨赛必妥手术防粘连液在妇科手术中的应用

目的评价赛必妥（手术防粘连液）对防止妇科手术术后盆腔粘连的效果。方法选择20l0年1月～2012年12月在天津市黄河医院诊断子宫肌瘤、卵巢巧克力囊肿、异位妊娠、慢性盆腔炎伴盆腔炎性粘连、输卵管积水患者20O例，随机分成两组，其中试验组在术中于需要防止粘连的组织上放置赛必妥（手术防粘连液），而对照组则不放置该防粘连液。对各组病例术后出现腹痛例数、白细胞数、盆腔积液情况和妇科检查情况行对比研究。结果试验组在创面放置手术防粘连液后，患者术后出现腹痛的几率明显降低（P〈0．05）；B超显示盆腔结构清晰，出现盆腔积液的几率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），且妇科检查的异常率较对照组明显减少（P〈0．05），两组之间术后外周血中白细胞数量之间的差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论赛必妥手术防粘连液可有效防止盆腔手术术后出现盆腔粘连。

Get for Adhesions Operation Prevention of Application in Postsurgica Gynecologic

Object ive Evaluation match Erbitux （operation the anti-blocking liquid） to prevent pelvic adhesion effect after gynecologic operation.Methods From 2010 January to 2012 December in Tianjin Huanghe Hospital patients with uterine fibroids,ovarian chocolate cyst,ectopic pregnancy,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with pelvicinflammatory adhesion,hydrosalpinx,200 cases,were randomly divided into 2 groups,the test group placed match in preventing adhesion to tissue Erbitux （operation the anti-blocking liquid）,while the control group was not placed the anti-blocking liquid.A comparative study of all patients had abdominal pain cases,white blood cell count,pelvic effusion and gynecological examination.Results The experimental group is placed in the wound the anti-blocking liquid after operation,postoperative abdominal pain obviously decreased （P 〈 0.05）;B ultrasound showed pelvic structure clear,incidence of pelvic effusion was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）,and the abnormal rate of gynecological examination significantly reduced compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）,and the difference between the number of white cells between the two groups after operation in the peripheral blood was not significant （P〉 0.05）.Conclusion The race shall be properly operation the anti-blocking liquid can effectively prevent postoperative pelvic adhesion of pelvic operation.
