| 摘 要： | 目的：分析2013年该院住院患者的抗菌药物使用强度。方法根据WHO规定药物限定日剂量（DDD）对该院2013年住院抗菌药物用药频度（DDDs）、使用强度（AUD）进行统计分析。结果2013年住院抗菌药物使用强度为58.465，其中β-内酰胺类、其它内酰胺类和喹诺酮类较高,头孢地嗪钠、左氧氟沙星注射液的用药频度高。呼吸科选择品种及数量较高，占12.35%。结论该院住院使用抗菌药物不合理，存在用药过度现象，有待于进一步加强抗菌药物临床使用管理和参与使用干预。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of 2013 with the intensity of use of antimicrobial agents in the hospital.Method According to the requirements of WHO drug defined daily dose （DDD） of this hospital in 2013 were the frequency of antimicrobial drugs （DDDs）, the intensity of use （AUD） for statistical analysis.Result 2013 in the intensity of use of antimicrobial agents for 58.465,The betalactam, other B-lactam and quinolone higher, Cefodizime sodium, Levofloxacin Injection DDDs high.Department of respiration, choose the variety and quantity of higher,Accounted for 12.35%.Conclusion Use of antibiotics is not reasonable in the hospita,There were excesses,Need to further strengthen the clinical use of Antibacterials in management and use of intervention. |
