摘    要:目的探讨手汗症患者胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术(ETS)后尺、桡动脉血流动力学改变。方法 54例行ETS的手汗症患者,应用彩色多普勒超声测量手术前后左、右手尺、桡动脉内径、收缩期峰值流速、阻力指数等血流动力学指标。结果 ETS后30min,左、右手尺、桡动脉内径、收缩期峰值流速均较术前增加,阻力指数较术前降低(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检测手术前后尺、桡动脉血流动力学改变可作为判断ETS效果的定量指标。

Effects of endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy on the hemodynamics of ulnar and radial arteries in patients with palmar hyperhidrosis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy(ETS) on the hemodynamics of the ulnar and radial arteries in patients with palmar hyperhidrosis.MethodsWith color Doppler ultrasonography,the diameter(D),maximum velocity of systaltic blood flow(Vmax),resistance index(RI) of the ulnar and radial arteries on both sides were calculated in 54 cases with palmar hyperhidrosis before and after ETS.Results The D of the ulnar and radial arteries on both sides was greater at 30 min after ETS than that before.The Vmax was significantly higher,while the RI was lower at 30 min after ETS than those before.Conclusion Detection of the hemodynamic changes of the ulnar and radial arteries before and after ETS is an useful quantitative indicator in evaluating the efficacy of ETS.
