微囊胎垂体下丘脑黑质细胞移植实验研究

摘    要:微囊包膜的股垂体下丘脑黑质细胞移植于去垂体兔腹腔中,术后观察移植兔12周。结果:移植后兔血清中GH与PRL浓度可平稳在一定水平,T4浓度自第2周起开始上升并逐渐接近正常水平,兔体重于第3周起开始增加,各靶器官在12周后无明显萎缩。提示本微囊可在促垂体区(HTA)以外移植而重建正常垂体功能达12周以上。

Abstract:The fetal pitutary-hypothalamic-nigral cells was implanted into pituitary-removed rabbits intraperitoneally with microencapsulated together with 2. 2% sodium alginate, and the transplanted rabbits were observed for 12 weeks. The results showed: In the blood of rabbits, the concentrations of GH, PRL could stay at certain levels, and the concentration of T4 stood still from the second week postgraft and developed toward normallevel slowly; The rabbits gained in body weight from the third week and their end-organs did not show atrophy siginicantly 12 weeks after grafting. It indicates that our microencapsulation administration can be transplanted out side hypophysiotrophic area(HTA) and it may reconstitute normal pituitary function over 12 weeks.
