| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手术治疗乳腺病的理想方法。方法：采用乳腺神经血管离断术治疗乳腺病。结果：30例共60个乳房行手术治疗。在全部保留的60个乳房组织中，原须的增生肿块消失，但已形成病理改变的肿块未消失，患者原有的乳房疼痛症状消失， 经6个月－5年随访无复发，结论：乳腺神经血管离断术是治疗乳腺病的较理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To find the ideal way to treat mastopathy.Methods The angioneurotomy was applied.Results All the 30 cases with 60 breasts underwent the surgery.All the breasts were reserved. The former mass of the patients disappeared after operation,while the mass which had pathological changes did not.Pains had vanished.There is no recurrence after six months to five years follow ups.Conclusion The angioneurotomy is an ideal method to treat the mastopathy. |
