经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术治疗冠心病200例

200例冠心病患者，63例为心肌梗塞后择期冠脉血管成形术（PTCA）；132例患劳力型心绞痛、5例急性心肌梗塞（AMI）为急诊PTCA。PTCA方法按常规进行，195例成功，成功率97．5％。扩张232处病变，其中左前降支病变147处，右冠病变63处，回族支病变22处。冠脉病变分型：A型病变118支，B1型病变68支，B2型病变21支，C型病变25支。C型中21支为完全闭塞病变，17例手术成功。手术并发症包括急性血管闭塞2例，血管内膜撕裂C型以上15例，死亡1例。4年随访中，5例患者症状复发，其中3例为原扩张部位再狭窄。

Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty in 200 Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

200 cases with coronary artery disease were selected for percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA). 132 patients suffered from exertional angina pectoris, 63 patients were at recovery period after acute myocardial infarction and 5 patients with acute myocardial infarction- PTCA was performed according to the Gruentzig method. PTCA was successfully done in 195 cases. The success rate was 97. 5%. Totally 232 lesions were dilated, of which 147 were in left anterior descending, 63 in right coronary artery and 22 in left circumflex. The lesion types were: type A 118, tyPe B1 68,type B2 21 and tyPe C 25. 21 lesions in type C were completely occlusive, 17 which of were successfully revascularised. The complications of PTCA included: 2 cases with acute artery occlusion, 15 cases with vessel dissection(above type C), 1 case died. Over 4 years follow up, 5 cases recurred, while 3 cases with restenosis at the site of PTCA.
