紫杉醇脂质体化疗致出血性膀胱炎1例病例报道

报道1例紫杉醇脂质体化疗致重度出血性膀胱炎患者的病例资料并进行文献复习。1例宫颈癌术后放化疗后复发患者，接受紫杉醇脂质体270 mg和顺铂联合静脉化疗，化疗后第3天出现IV度出血性膀胱炎，入院后给予留置尿管及膀胱冲洗、碳酸氢钠静脉注射碱化尿液、抗感染、止血、输血、积极抗休克处理及输尿管镜下膀胱积血清除，患者最终死亡。在紫杉醇脂质体化疗过程中，需要警惕发生出血性膀胱炎。

A case report of Hemorrhagic Cystitis Caused by Paclitaxel Liposome

The clinical data of one case of hemorrhagic cystitis caused by chemotherapy of paclitaxel liposome was re-ported. One patient with recurrent cervical cancer after chemoradiatherapy and operation received paclitaxel liposome 270 mg and chemotherapy with cisplatin combined with intravenous. IV degree of hemorrhagic cystitis occurred on the 3rd day after chemotherapy. The patient then received indwelling urinary catheter, bladder irrigation, alkalization of urine by intra-venous injection with sodium bicarbonate, anti-infection, hemostasis, blood transfusion, positive antishock and ureteroscopic clearance of hematocyst, but still died at last. We should be alert to the occurrence of hemorrhagic cystitis in the process of paclitaxel liposome chemotherapy.
