膜荚黄芪的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的分离鉴定膜荚黄芪正丁醇提取物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和HPLC柱色谱等方法分离化学成分,通过理化性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果从膜荚黄芪中分离得到7个已知化合物,分别鉴定为:astragalosideⅣ(1)、astragalosideⅤ(2)、astragalosideⅥ(3)、cyclocanthoside E(4)、没食子酸(5)a、stragalosideⅦ(6)、dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4,γ-′di-O--βD-glucopyranoside(7)。结论化合物7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the radix of Astragalus membranceus (Fisch) Bge. Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies. The structures of compounds isolated were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. Results seven compounds were isolated from the radix of Astragalus membranceus (Fisch) Bge. And their structures were identified as Astragaloside IV (1), Astragaloside V (2), Astragaloside VI (3), Cyclocanthoside E (4), gallic acid (5), Astragaloside Ⅶ (6), and dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4,γ′-di–O-β-D- glucopyranoside (7)。 Conclusion Compound 7 is isolated from Astragalus membranceus (Fisch) Bge for the first time.
