赤芍的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 对中药赤芍(Paeonia albiflora)的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、Pe-TLC、Pe-HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数和波谱学数据分析鉴定其化学结构。结果 分离得到10个已知化合物,分别鉴定为evofolin B (1)、(1S, 2S, 4R)-trans-2-hydroxy-1, 8-cineole-β-D-glucopyranoside (2)、(2R, 3R)- 4-methoxyl-distylin (3)、1, 2, 3, 4, 6-五-没食子酰基葡萄糖 (4)、儿茶素(5)、苯甲酸 (6)、没食子酸 (7)、香草酸 (8)、没食子酸甲酯 (9)、没食子酸乙酯 (10)。结论 化合物1~3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Aim To study the chemical constituents of Paeinia albiflora. Methods Ten compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, Pe-TLC, Pe-HPLC and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constant and spectral analysis. Results and conclusions Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as evofolin B (1), (1S, 2S, 4R)-trans-2-hydroxy-1,8-cineole-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), (2R, 3R)-4-methoxyl- distylin (3), 1, 2, 3, 4, 6-penta-galloyl-glucose (4), catechin (5), benzoic acid (6), gallic acid (7), vanillic acid (8), methyl gallate (9), progallin A (10). Compounds 1-3 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
