脱皮马勃化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 研究脱皮马勃(Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich.)的化学成分。 方法 利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定结构。结果 分离鉴定了8个已知化合物,分别是4, 6-二羟基-1(3H)-异苯并呋喃酮(1)、clitocybin A (2)、5, 7-二羟基-1(3H)-异苯并呋喃酮(3)、5-羟甲基糠醛(4)、对苯二酚(5)、3, 5-二羟基苯甲酸(6)、蔗糖(7)和β-谷甾醇(8)。结论 化合物1为首次分离得到的新天然产物,化合物2~7为首次从脱皮马勃中分离得到。

Abstract:Aim To study chemical constituents of Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 4, 6-dihydroxy-1 (3H)-isobenzofuranone ( 1 ), clitocybin A ( 2 ), 5,7-dihydroxy-1 (3H) -isobenzofuranone ( 3 ), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural ( 4 ), p-dihydroxybenzene ( 5), 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid ( 6 ), sucrose ( 7 ), and β-sitosterol ( 8 ). Conclusion Compound 1 was firstly isolated as new natural substance, and compounds 2 -7 were isolated from Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich. for the first time.
