| 摘 要： | 目的 研究长白忍冬（Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel.）花蕾中环烯醚萜类成分。方法 采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS柱色谱分离纯化，经理化常数、波谱学方法鉴定结构。结果 分离得到6种环烯醚萜类化合物，鉴定了其中的4种，结构分别为7S-O-甲基莫罗忍冬苷（1）、马钱素（2）、裂环马钱素酸（3）、6’-O-β-D- 呋喃芹糖基獐牙菜苷（4）。结论 化合物1~4均为首次从长白忍冬花蕾中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Aim To isolate and elucidate iridoid compounds in the buds of Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel. Methods Solvent extraction and column chromatography were used to isolate iridoid compounds.Physico-chemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation. Results Six iridoid compounds were isolated, and four of them were elucidated as 7S-O-methylmorroniside (1), loganin (2), secologanic acid (3), 6’-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl sweroside (4). Conclusion Compounds 1-4 are isolated from the buds of Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel. for the first time. |
